About our CEO

With a solid career in both domestic and international markets, Ellen Soares specializes in connecting companies with the right talent, transforming lives, and propelling careers.

As the founder of Virtus Exec, she leads the company’s expansion and business development in Brazil. She is responsible for strategies that grow market share and for implementing innovative commercial methodologies, always with a focus on results and organizational strengthening.

Throughout her career, she has managed over 3,000 recruitment processes, building substantial expertise in the recruitment and selection of executives, leaders, and strategic roles.

Having worked at some of the world’s largest multinationals, Ellen decided to channel her experience, market insight, and passion for human connections into creating Virtus Exec, a strategic recruitment that combines economic insight with people management.
